We find people work better, and more efficiently, when they feel empowered. They interact and communicate with each other.

Naanda Australia has an egalitarian way of working, where everyone is the boss of themselves. There is no designated leader or supervisor – everyone is on the same level – but if someone needs to step up and take the lead, someone does.

This methodology has proven to be empowering, and highly effective.

In our experience, people are natural leaders. Sometimes, they just need a bit of encouragement. Not everyone wants to be a supervisor or a mentor, but at Naanda, everyone has the same opportunity.
